About

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across almost every area of marketing, from positioning and go-to-market to demand generation, performance, brand, marketing operations, and team building. I’ve managed large-scale budgets, but I’ve always stayed close to execution rather than operating only at the strategic level.

My approach is very practical. I like getting close to the business, understanding the numbers, the customers, and what actually drives growth day to day. I’m comfortable moving between strategy and execution, whether that means shaping a go-to-market plan, reviewing campaign performance, refining positioning, improving marketing operations, or solving growth bottlenecks.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: a good marketing strategy only matters if it can be executed well. I help companies build focused, commercially minded marketing functions that can consistently turn strategy into growth.

How I Think About Growth

Assumptions Execution Actual Data Updated Model Better Decisions

Growth planning starts with assumptions. The problem is that many companies spend significant time building models and forecasts — and then rarely use them again once execution begins.

A growth model should evolve with the business. Actual acquisition cost, conversion, channel quality and retention should continuously challenge the original assumptions.

For me, growth strategy is not a one-time planning exercise. It is an ongoing process of connecting assumptions with actual business performance.
